  • Health and Care Professionals Council Health Care Regulator

I am fully registered with the HCPC as an Occupational Therapist. This is the regulator for all Health Care Professionals.

  • Cancellations

If you need to change your appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance, and I’ll happily find another time for you.

Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations within 48 hours can't be refunded, but I’m more than happy to arrange another appointment for you. Please be aware that a fee for a new appointment may apply.

  • Fees

Costs to be discussed at point of contact and available prior to working with me. Fees are carefully set to ensure fairness, reflecting the value of the service along with appropriate financial planning.

DBS Certified (previously called Criminal Records Bureau checks).

  • Data Protection

Any personal information collected from you is processed and stored, in adherence to the Information Commission Office guidelines. I will never sell your information or pass it to anyone else without your explicit consent.

  • Confidentiality

Therapy is confidential, which means that I will not discuss anything you share unless you want me to.

I aim to keep parents and carers informed for younger children and bear in mind consent for older teenagers who might want more confidentiality.

Before sharing information with other professionals such as teachers and doctors, I will seek explicit consent.

There is one exception: if there is a risk of harm to you or someone else, then I will need to share information with the appropriate people to prevent the risk of harm. I will endeavour to discuss this with you first, as far as possible.

  • Complaints

I am always happy to discuss any concerns you have and will do everything I can to resolve the situation.

If you feel that your concern has not been resolved, then you may contact the Royal College of Occupational Therapy (RCOT) or HCPC for support.
